The Darling BARKA
This painting is an extension of a number of landscape works that explore the divisions and separations arbitrarily, or meaningfully associated with place. Symbols, patterns, text, boundaries and natural formations all come together to describe the landscape of the Darling river BARKA
Autumn Mandala
Inspired by the vivid Autumn colours of Mildura – this painting took about a week to complete, and I played around with a bit of time-lapse along the way – reckon it looks ok.
